Does Steel City HRT accept insurance?
No. Steel City is a cash-pay clinic. Clinical services, consultations, and memberships are not billed to insurance. Lab work ordered through Quest Diagnostics can be submitted to your insurance independently. This model allows for fully individualized protocols without insurer restrictions on dosing, frequency, or medication choice.

After the consultation, if treatment is clinically appropriate, a personalized protocol is prescribed and medications are shipped directly to your home. All follow-up care is managed remotely via the Spruce Health messaging platform and OptiMantra patient portal.
