Telehealth visits and secure messaging are conducted using HIPAA-compliant platforms designed to protect Protected Health Information (PHI).

Medical Evaluation & Prescribing Standards
All patients undergo a documented medical evaluation prior to initiation of prescription therapy.
Our Standards:
No prescription is guaranteed
All prescribing decisions are made at the provider discretion
Controlled substances are prescribed in compliance with federal and state law
PDMP checks are performed when required
Ongoing monitoring and laboratory testing may be required
Treatment may be adjusted or discontinued for safety reasons
Failure to comply with monitoring requirements may result in suspension or discontinuation of care.
Pharmacy & Medication Policy
Steel City HRT and Weight Loss does not own, operate, or control any pharmacy.
Important Information:
The Clinic does not sell or dispense prescription medications.
Prescriptions are transmitted to licensed U.S. pharmacies.
Patients may choose their pharmacy when appropriate.
Compounded medications, when prescribed, are prepared by licensed compounding pharmacies and are not FDA-approved.
Prescribing decisions are made solely by licensed medical providers based on clinical evaluation.
The Clinic does not receive compensation based on the type or volume of medication dispensed.
