Nature of Fees

Fees charged by the Clinic are for professional medical services, including:

Medical consultations

Chart review

Care coordination

Clinical decision-making

Ongoing monitoring

Fees are not for the sale of medications.

Appointment Cancellations

Appointments may be canceled or rescheduled without penalty if notice is provided at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment time.

No-Show Policy

A No-Show occurs when a patient fails to attend an appointment without notice or arrives more than 10 minutes late.

After a No-Show:

A $50 deposit may be required to reschedule

Repeated No-Shows may limit future scheduling

Membership & Recurring Billing

Memberships or subscription services are billed on a recurring basis as disclosed at enrollment.

To cancel recurring billing:

Written notice must be provided at least seven (7) days before the next billing date.

Refunds are not issued for partially used billing periods.

Prescription Disclaimer

Payment for services does not guarantee that any prescription will be issued. Prescribing decisions are made solely by licensed providers.

Medications are dispensed by licensed third-party pharmacies and are subject to the pharmacy’s policies.
